These dumplings are made by stuffing plums into a potato-based dough.
Add the dumplings to boiling water and boil for 20 minutes. When cooked, the dumplings rise to the surface. Fry the breadcrumbs with a tablespoon of sugar in an oiled pan. Take the dumplings out of the water and pass them through this mixture. Add sugar to taste.
Serve with sweet cream or sprinkled with cinnamon.
